1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of StreamForge AI ("we," "our," "us") and the purchase of any digital products or services through our website at streamforge-ai.madethis.app. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by StreamForge AI are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you will receive a custom-designed digital branding pack based on the information you provide in the intake form. There is no physical shipment involved.

3. No Refunds After Delivery

Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued after the branding pack has been delivered. Once you receive your files, the transaction is considered complete. Please review our Refund Policy for full details, including the 48-hour pre-submission refund window.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered branding assets for your personal or business use on the platform(s) specified in your intake form. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the delivered files as standalone products without written permission from StreamForge AI.

StreamForge AI retains the right to showcase delivered work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Intake Form & Customization

The quality and accuracy of your branding pack depends on the information you provide in the intake form. By submitting the form, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you own or have the right to use any logos, images, or references supplied.

6. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver all branding packs within 24–48 hours of intake form submission. Delivery times may vary based on order volume. We will notify you by email if there is any delay.

7. Revisions

Each order includes one round of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

StreamForge AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
