Digital Product Policy
All StreamForge AI products are custom digital assets created specifically for each customer. Because work begins immediately after you complete the intake form, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
✅ When you may request a refund
- You purchased but have not yet completed the intake form (no work has begun).
- You were charged an incorrect amount.
- You received a duplicate charge.
❌ No refunds are available for
- Completed deliveries where the assets match your intake form brief.
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Failure to complete the intake form within 30 days of purchase.
Revision Policy
If your delivered assets do not match your intake brief, we will revise them at no cost within the revision allowance for your package (1–3 rounds depending on package). Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
